lol you dumb , do you think you are really cool for being 14 and advocating an obvious eating disorder, you are doing insane damage to your body and your poor parents are going to have to pick up the pieces when your life falls to bits which i am estimating will occur betweeen the ages of 17-21, consider what they have done for you tomorrow when you are starving your body during a period of time in ur life when you need to be developing. i need to reiterate – dumb :)

listen. I was terrible obese. i am 14 too.. i lost 40 klgs. now i weight 55 with 1.67 m of height. now i am really skinny. i eat more or less the same than you, so thaht i dont get weight. my mon is a docotr, and she says that if teens like us eat less than 2000 calories a day, we are going to loose brain cells –> that leads to loose energy for our daily life. i really think that we should eat more.

    Are you dyslexic?

    Are you dyslexic?
And also, if you know you are underweight and even offer the suggested weight for your age group why must you ask people of they agree.

If you have an eating disorder sort it out elsewhere, not on youtube, you douche.

What i think you should try is to try and not eat big meals at once considering you’ll probably not that hungry, but try and eat small snacks throughout the day

Well then you’re an idiot, and I have no doubt you’re quite aware of it.

What do we think? you know what we think. You know that eating a 44 Kcal breakfast and sub 1000 per day at that age is not normal and is unhealthy.

    Obsess about something else, really.

The math is correct. Walking is 2.4 (not 24), so 480 is the correct outcome, it’s just that the decimal in “2.4″ on the whiteboard was hardly visible.

Great video but still rather confusing to me because I have a calorie intake of roughly 2000/day which I ume to be rather average. And being 180lbs and rather active I should have a RMR of 2700 calories/day but I don’t seem to be losing weight despite walking for an hour a day.
