I was terrible obese. i am 14 too.. i lost 40 klgs. now i weight 55 with 1.67 m of height. now i am really skinny. i eat more or less the same than you, so thaht i dont get weight. my mon is a docotr, and she says that if teens like us eat less than 2000 calories a day, we are going to loose brain cells –> that leads to loose energy for our daily life. i really think that we should eat more.

The math is correct … The math is correct. Walking is 2.4 (not 24), so 480 is the correct outcome, it’s just that the decimal in “2.4″ on the whiteboard was hardly visible.
