    I wish I could, but …
I wish I could, but I think my restless legs are in part due to a knee injury I sustained in a skiing accident. My knee isn’t very strong anymore, and it can barely support my own weight, let alone extra. I might give this a try with my good knee though!

Uh, I wake up multiple times at night to move my legs. It totally sucks. Especially at school when I’m moving my legs and my teachers/fellow students get mad at me. They should get RLS for a day and see how it feels when you don’t move your legs.

I was recently diagnosed with RLS, and it’s nice to see that there are videos to educate people about it. My RLS is rather severe, occuring whenever I am still for more than 5-10 minutes. I feel like my muscles will charliehorse if I don’t move. I even spasm sometimes (I’ve accidently kicked my cat off the bed…). I hope someone invents a cure soon!

    All medications …
All medications have side effects, even aspirin. I, myself, cannot take it, but there are other meds for RLS. At some point you have to make a choic between the medication side effects, or having a life. RLS ia a VERY real thing. I run 3 support groups on line, and those combined, contain 1456 members with RLS . I ure all of you nay sayers that it does exist, it is a miserable condition, and I hope you never have to deal with it, or anyone you know.
