It is incredibly hard to find bread and groceries that do not have it in it.

I went cold turkey on HFCS about a year and a half ago. In the grocery store I found this one brand of itialian bread called “cellones” that did not have HFCS in it – the only brand I could find. If you wanted look for applesauce they might say with cinnamon but they also include HFCS.

People think that this is a conspiracy but by avoiding HFCS I dropped 30 pounds in 4 months without any effort or going hungry.

things with HFCS are addicting… when I was in middle school I was def. addicted to soda, probably drank 10 a day LOL. It never quneches your thirst… once I was 16/17 I went cold turkey, and now I don’t even like coke so much, I’ve had it only a few times in the past year and it wasn’t even american coke with HFCS, it was indian coke with real sugar. I’m so glad I stopped drinking soda.
