    I generally think …
I generally think that a healthy diet is enough to suffice for a person’s health, and that supplementation is no necessary, if and only if a person has an extremely healthy diet. I am for alternative medicine, but the alternative medicine industries are full of gimmicks and placebos. Some of the supplements sound too harsh, I am on your side, but I’d really like to hear your response for this. Thanks.

    Again and again, I …
Again and again, I am finding that exercise and a whole foods way of eating (eliminating any irritants/allergy foods different for each person) are the foundation of a healthy person. Suppliments and drugs should be a last ditch effort to control DANGEROUS symptoms if you cannot find the source of the problem. Oh, and cut down on as many chemical additives in your personal hygeine, pet, child and cleaning products. It may be difficult at first, but you can see a difference within months.

    My doctor wanted to …
My doctor wanted to put me on statin drugs for my cholesterol, I filled the prescription but never took them. I did some reading on the internet & found that statin drugs are dangerous & can cause muscle wasting disease, chronic muscle pain, mental disorders & inhibit the production of healthy cholesterol. One study reported that Blueberries lowered cholesterol much more than statin drugs every time. Guess which I take:)

I read that MSG is in vaccines and they give young rats the MSG shots and it makes them obese. No wonder people are fatter than twenty years ago.

i find it hard to …
i find it hard to believe these so-called “scientists” failed to isolate and remove as many variables as concievable to actually determine the effectiveness of the natural “alternative” therapy.

if what they are saying is true, the people who did these “studies” certainly are not scientists. surely they would know how incompetent this work was. how can they even call this “research?”

such a level of laziness and bias, as described, is not science.

More thoughts…It really has help me think about the approach people take to make claims that aren’t true. I think it’s so sad that well being of people’s lives and honesty aren’t taken more seriously. If it were up to me ethinc and money wold never stand in my way to giving truth to others.

    Thank you for this …
Thank you for this video. I’ve been reading lots about reasearch studies, and the effects they have on people. I’ve also reasearching the alternative medicene. I’m really enjoying learning about the world around us. It has been eye opening and a fresh air. Thank you for this video.

I think there is an …
I think there is an unwritten law of LIES that goes something like. If you can get a bunch of money for lying, then it would be stupid not to lie. It is similar to placing boulders in on the interstate for pruposes of creating a traffic flow and crashes while deleting the signage. You have to figure that 99% of the modern economy is based on misrepresentation and misuse of information by way of “authoritative analysis”. There would be chaos if we stopped lying and cheating as much as possible.

    Try “Trick or Treat …
Try “Trick or Treat” (How healthy eating is making us ill) by Barry Groves. I can highly recommend it as an analysis of techniquest of corporate deception and the manufacture of illusory disease.

Gary Taubes’ book “The Diet Delusion” discusses this kind of scientific and statistical fraud at length and provides a good history of how we came to be in this unfortunate position.

I wish I’d had these books years ago.

    I have tried …
I have tried celebrex for arthritis and I lost 50% of what mobility I had in less than one month.

I quit taking it and saw positive recovery, from the drug’s side effects, within 2 to 4 days.

I know everyone is different, but I’ve seen only bad results from people who have tried celebrex, one was a physician that tried it for months.
I’m just glad I quit it when I did.

    I often question …
I often question why,.. is it that there are so many people who are arthritic, have degenerative disc disease, spondolosis spondolitis, ostio perosis ect… ect…and I’m finding that the age rage , who are experiencing these symptoms are getting even younger…It’s not just a” older persons” disease anymore. I wonder somtimes, if these “bone diseases” can be attributed to radiation exposure? &/or electro magnetic pulses that we are alledgedly bombarded by 24/7?

I really liked this vid because I often stand alone when trying to make others aware that these studies are manipulated, that drug companies are after profit only, and that the only entity that can make us well is ourselves.

    Health Care in USA …
Health Care in USA is ranked 54th (Pay more and get lots lots less)

USA is only developed country not to offer health care to citizens

US is 41st in world in infant mortality Cuba scores higher

Women are 70% more likely to die in childbirth in America than in Europe

Leading cause of death of pregnant women in USA is murder

US is dead last in the growth rate of total compensation to its workforce; they worker longer hours than any other nation & with least vacation time!

  20. sugarpuddin88 Says:

    The World Health …
The World Health Organization ranked the countries of the world in terms of over all health performance, and the US (was) 37th; In fairness of care, USA is ranked 54th. The irony is that the US spends more per capita for health care than any other nation in the world – Pay more, get lots, lots less! (European Dream p 79 – 80 quoting from WHO reports)

    if I am correct, …
if I am correct, the ones that believes what they hear or read about anything are the Baby Boomers. They were taught to believe what people tell them. Now with social media, the non-baby boomers are taught to do the 180 deg opposite. Are the younger crowd are more careful with medicine and all the rest that the media might through at them? For me, I know i do not believe in everything I read or hear. I try to fine balance in everything.
