    I love going to a fast food place called ‘Wrap Zone.” I usually get a whole wheat wrap (they have 3 sizes, large, medium, and kids- i get medium) and fill it with red bell pepper, cucumber, lettuce, tofu and fresh salsa… Another fast food option is Kappa Maki and edamame at a sushi place- as for typical McDonalds,/burger king… i wouldn’t even walk in.

    McDonalds fries everything mixed fats with beef fat added to it.They also add MSG to it and also add the MSG in their coffee.

    The only REAL way …
    The only REAL way to eat healthy at a fast food place is to order a salad, with no meats (even the grilled chicken bits are loaded with sodium), no corn, no chips or croutons and a oil and vinegar dressing. If the only option is a pre-packaged vinagrette – opt for no dressing and enjoy the veggies as is. OR measure measure 2 teaspoons of the dressing for portion control. Just be aware of what you are putting into your mouth.

    However I would just go to a vietnamese pho place, costs the same as fast food but is healthy and filling!
