Thank you, this was very informative. Everyone has heard that we should drink more water but how much is enough? I have heard that eight glasses a day is good but how much is in a glass? 250 ml, 500 ml? Also, is it possible to drink too much water?

    I’d like to point …
I’d like to point out that when you eat raw foods you get their water content, in other words, every time you eat a fruit or a raw tomato etc, you also get some water, specially if those are fresh (your garden/farmers market etc) so this is something to keep in mind, drink water but try to eat foods that are not cooked as well, at least try to balance your food intake with raw foods
    Good video Natalie!

Oh never mind I found out on your webpage what you eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It seems a bit too extreme for me, but I’ll try to eat more fruits and vegetables.

Thank you again for a informative video. Can you tell us what your daily diet is? Like what do you eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner? Have you thought about putting out a cookbook?

    Natalie, I love …
Natalie, I love your videos. You’ve given me some information I hadn’t heard before. Thank you! I have a question about water, though. I’m not fond of drinking it plain. I do like Patricia Bragg’s way, though, by adding apple cider vinegar and honey. Does this detract from the water’s nutrient value, in your opinion?

I thought only plant cells had cell walls…??? I mean, obviously water is still important for animals, but the building of cell walls has nothing to do directly with our bodies, right?

These videos should be required viewing for all people. I learned so much about health by watching these and I like how Natalie is incredibly well spoken and practical in everything she teaches; it’s nice to hear an intelligent scientific basis for all of this rather than some pseudo-intellectual rant from some hippie.

Thanks so much for these videos Natalie. They’ve helped a lot.
